Your x Function contract is only valid for first custom orders. Orders (including subscription orders) or best-selling package orders that have not been canceled before the transaction is completed are not within the scope of your x Function contract.
What if I’m not satisfied with my custom suit? What is your return policy?
This rarely happens (less than 1% of all orders), but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! One-time orders are non-refundable, but if you are a Function With Benefits member, we will offer a one-time reformulation if your hair care, skin care or body care doesn’t meet your expectations.
